A few things that are required for all Eaton Alliance employees are:
- Excellent work ethic and compassionate disposition
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a background check through the Department of Human Services (employees fill out this form at our office prior to being hired and EA sends the form into DHS).
- First Aid and CPR certification (we offer this upon hire)
- Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (we offer this upon hire)
